Queen of Heavy Mental set to entertain at business women's breakfast

Known as ‘The Queen of Heavy Mental', Jana Stanfield, will provide an interactive, humorous and upbeat performance that will motivate and energise those attending the upcoming Sunshine Coast Business Women's Network breakfast at the Maroochydore Surf Club on Tuesday, July 8.

Reflecting her background as a television news reporter, songwriter, humorist and entertainer, Jana Stanfield's presentations are multi-dimensional. She combines laughter, wisdom, and her million-selling songs into an interactive experience that generates positive action.

Her music is a blend of acoustic arrangements, meaningful lyrics and soaring vocals that she describes as “psychotherapy you can dance to”. She has shared the stage with performers such as Kenny Loggins and The Dixie Chicks and her music has played on Oprah, Entertainment Tonight, 20/20 and is featured in the movie, 8 Seconds.

Sunshine Coast Business Women's Network President, Sue Willis, says that the event will be both inspirational and entertaining and will really give women a boost.

“Jana is a very talented and humorous individual and we are delighted to have her as a guest speaker, her presentation is sure to leave those attending the breakfast feeling invigorated and inspired, making this an event not to be missed.” said Sue.

Her recording business, Relatively Famous Records, has become one of the most successful companies of its kind. It has gone from a one woman operation, run from her home, to a world wide success that has sold over 200,000 of Jana's CDs.
