This is the fifth year the band has been involved in supporting the Nambour Special School, donating all door takings from their concerts to the organisation. Musical director, Ken Chadwick, said the band was really looking forward this year's concert and the opportunity to help raise much needed funds for the special school. “Those attending the concert will enjoy a great variety of classics such as Dream A little Dream of Me, Tribute to Artie Shaw, That Lucky Old Sun and Jazz Me Blues, as well as a special appearance by the sax quartet, Charlies Angels, headed by Charlie Simm. The event promises to be a great afternoon of entertainment,” said Ken. All funds raised will go to the Nambour Special School.
